BESPOKE hand lining of
classic and current bikes
I am an extremely experienced paint sprayer with over 25 years in the motorcycle industry, working at triumph motorcycles. I have a wealth of experience within the paint shop environment which includes the very highly skilled job of free hand lining which involves me painting the pinstripes on to all the necessary panels using a professional blue squirrel hair sword lining brush, to ensure precision and perfection to each individual job that I take pride in doing.
I specialise in triumphs from the early models to the current bikes , and use all the correct lining paint colours where possible on royal Enfield , BSA , and norton to name a few. Also I have showcased my self at the Triumph live events at Mallory park (2010) and Gaydon (2014) .
We have established ourselves in the handlining business as a leading service provider, having carried out work for David Beckham, Carl Froch and several Hollywood movies including James Bond and Kingsman films.
Preparation
All jobs will undergo the correct paint process before the freehand lining takes place. This involves a complete grey scotch, degrease and removal of any dirt nibs before the work commences.
After Hand Lining
After all of the work is complete, it is advisable for you as a customer to re-lacquer all panels to ensure the pinstripes do not fade with time.
Delivery
Ideally, the panels/tanks should be hand-delivered to us at our premises. However, we can understand that it will not always be possible. Therefore, the customer must ensure that all items are packaged correctly to ensure that no damage is done during transit between customer location and our premises. We will use the same packaging for the return delivery.
